You keep your StudiCard for your entire study, so please be careful with it! Only if you change your study program from Nürtingen to Geislingen (or the other way around), you will receive a new one.

You have to validate your StudiCard each semester on one of the validation stations. Prerequisite for this is the payment of the fees for the respective semester (re-registration).

This regulation applies only if you entry the public transport services together.
You made the decision for one of the public tansport networks when you enrolled yourself. A change between the networks can only be applied for in the week before the re-regsitration period at the Student Admission Office in Geislingen.
For round the clock travel, StudiTickets/seemester tickets can be purchased from the respective network.
The VVS also offers an online StudiTicket in their ticket shop. This eliminates the need to issue a compound pass.

The first creation and delivery of the StudiCard is free of charge.
If you need a new StudiCard, you must transfer fees of € 18.00 (Hochschulgebührensatzung) when applying!
You can obtain the Application for a new StudiCard from the Student Administration Office or in HfWU neo.
If you are a student and want to finish your enrolment at our University you can de-register online at any time.
Usually, deregistration takes place at the end of the next semester (end of winter semester: February 28/29, end of summer semester: August 31) after you have completed your studies (passed your main exams). However, you can also deregister on any date between the application date and the end of the next semester. It is not possible to deregister on a date in the past.
It is common for students toderegister themselves at the end of their studies. If you do not do this, we must deregister you ex officio to the next semester end.
