Graduates survey as part of the KOAB project cooperation („Kooperationsprojekt Absolventenstudien“)

Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) is very interested in further developing and customizing its study programs. Our graduates’ experiences contribute significantly to improving the quality of our programs and to adapting teaching to the requirements in the current job market.

In Nürtingen-Geislingen University’s graduates survey, the previous year’s graduates are asked about their completed degree program at HfWU and about their (professional) career.

The graduates survey is part of a nationwide project cooperation "Kooperationsprojekt Absolventenstudien" (KOAB-Projekt) which is coordinated by the institute for applied statistics (“Institut für angewandte Statistik, ISTAT”). The project was initiated by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (“Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung”, BMBF).

The results are used to help improve the quality of teaching at the University and the quality in our study programs. In addition, the standardized core questionnaire that was developed nationwide together with around 80 other universities allows us to make comparisons between ourselves and other universities with similar degree programs.
