Felix Bachofer is member of the Geoinformatics group at the University of Tübingen since 2009.
His major research topics are:
- urban remote sensing
- mineral mapping
- urban geospatial analysis.
Currently he is researcher in the BMBF funded research project "Rapid Planning", in which he focuses on the identification of different housing topologies from remote sensing data.
He published several peer-reviewed papers, as well as other publications and presented the results at international conferences.
