Nürtingen-Geislingen University offers at its campus in Geislingen the innovate and practice-oriented master degree program Company Restructuring and Insolvency Management. It leads to an internationally recognized and renowned Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
The program deals with the reconstruction of companies as well as insolvency management. The overcoming of crises in the life cylce of enterprises is thereby the main focus. Students have to deal with the complex problems and take a look at the juridical and the economic side - from the view of the relevant company, the consultancy and the insolvency administrator as well as from the view of the creditor, especially the financial institutions and other main creditors.
The study concept, highly qualified lecturers and small student groups guarantee an ideal, individual and practice-oriented education. You will be perfectly prepared for the challenges in an attractive occupational field.
