Although many younger Germans speak English pretty well we recommend to take German lessons in order to learn the basics for your daily life in Germany.

Classroom based German Courses

Nürtingen-Geislingen University offers at its campus in Nürtingen German language courses throughout the semester. Depending on your pre-knowledge in German you can choose between

The descriptions of the German Language Courses are integrated in the "English Course Catalogue" that contains all courses offered to incoming students.

In addition to the classroom language courses we offer internet based German language courses. You have the possibility to do a tutored online course for beginners and advanced students on certain days or to take different online lessons all by yourself. The online courses will be explained during the orientation week.
