Research
The Nürtingen-Geislingen University is proud of the success of the diverse applied research projects being implemented in all of its programs. The primary force underlying such empirical-based research is the transfer of knowledge into the world of private and public enterprise.
Institute of Applied Research
Most of this research is carried out by the Institute of Applied Research. With its focus on "Environment and Planning", the institute mainly works on projects from the Faculties of Landscape Architecture, Environmental and Urban Planning and Agriculture. The projects vary from Landscape Planning or Landscape computer-science applications to Animal Welfare to Plant Production.
